In the kitchen, an appliance repairman works on the open dishwasher. Stanley and Lance stand together beside their white duck in a red bow tie. “Darling, let the man work.”

The repairman looks up: “Oh! You two are a couple.” “He knows.”

“Quick. Hide the dishes.” They open the coat closet and put the dirty dishes inside while the repairman watches.

Holding hands beside the closed closet: “There. Now he’ll never know.” The repairman says, “I’m here to fix your dishwasher.” The duck remains at their feet.
